A new book edited by Prof. Carlos Torres of the Estoril Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies (ESHTE) provides a comprehensive overview on competition issues in tourism, in particular including competition aspects of New Distribution Capability in air ticket sale. The book unites The book brings together respected expert authors from around the world to share their knowledge and experience. Michael Wukoschitz had the honour to contribute an article on Competition Issues in Air Ticket Sales through Global Distribution Systems, analyzing a respective judgement of the Austrian Supreme Court.
The book is available online. The printed version will be launched in a conference to be held in Lisbon in June.
